Mrs. Noaf AlTurki oversees the Group's Shared Corporate Services (HR, Government Relations, Support Services, Organizational Development and Corporate Communications) and the Corporate Social Responsibility Department. She joined Rawabi Holding in 2007 as Senior HR Officer. In 2009, she was appointed to establish the Group's Corporate Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Departments monitoring Rawabi Holding's internal and external communications, corporate identity, as well as its CSR Programs. In December 2011, she was appointed to be the Group's HR Manager (Acting) in addition to her previous tasks. In September 2013, she was promoted to the position of Vice President Corporate Services. In addition to her current role, Mrs. AlTurki leads different initiatives and committees representing her division as well as the Group. In July 2018, Mrs. Alturki was appointed as an Executive Director to Rawabi Holding's Board of Directors.
In March 2018, Mrs. AlTurki was appointed by his excellency the Minister of Commerce & Investment to be a Board Member of Asharqia Chamber of Commerce. She is a Board Member of Redland Industrial Services (Arabia) Limited (RISAL), a Board of Trustees Member of the Saudi Arabian Drilling Academy (SADA), a Board of Trustees Member of the Eastern Province Council for Social Responsibility and a Board of Trustees Member of the Leading National Academy (LNA).
Mrs. AlTurki holds a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Sociology from Simmons College, Boston, USA and an MSc in International Management for the MENA Region from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, UK. She attended several leadership and executive courses and seminar.
