Strategy Alignment

  • Establish and detail the organization's strategy and develop a clear strategic and business plan
  • Align the organization with the requirements of the new / revised plan. This can include:
    • Developing the organization and operating model, detailing organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, job descriptions, titles
    • Designing the authority matrix
    • Designing and detailing all operating processes, covering policies, procedures, business controls, Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements, standard forms, etc. for core and support functions
    • Developing performance management metrics and related management dashboards
    • Defining and developing Human Resources Management requirements and capabilities


Strategy Execution

  • Develop a detailed program and roadmap to achieve the objectives in the strategic and business plan, with specific initiatives, detailed action plans, priority levels, key milestones, allocation of accountability for results and a dashboard to track the progress in implementing the initiatives
  • Establish the operating mechanisms for a Project Management Office (PMO) that can be in charge of the execution of the program and roadmap set for the organization
  • Manage the PMO on behalf of the organization to ensure the successful program execution
