Mr. Haitham Tier Elbar joined Rawabi Oil & Gas since Mud Engineering Services contract was awarded back in 1995. He was assigned as a Mud Engineer in Offshore and Onshore rigs, shortly after he was promoted to the position of Field Supervisor in Offshore, Exploration, Gas Drilling and Gas & Work-Over Department. In 2013, due to his excellence performance he became Mud Engineering Project Manager.

Mr. Haitham holds a bachelor degree of Science in Chemistry. He also attended training courses such as Basic, Advanced Mud School, Well Control and Logistics Management.
