Mr. Hussain AlGargoush joined Rawabi Holding in 2018 as a Recruitment Specialist. In early 2019, Hussain was promoted to be Talent Acquisition Unit Head where he oversees the Group’s recruitment and talent acquisition activities. In 2021, He was promoted to his current position as Talent Manager where he’s managing the Group’s talent acquisition, training and development activities.

Prior to joining the Group, Mr. AlGargoush was working in different sectors supporting businesses in various functions including HR, accounting and administration in leading organizations such as Saudi National Bank, Procter & Gamble, HEIL Trailer and Massadr.

Mr. Hussain holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from King Faisal University and an associate degree in Commercial Accounting from Institute of Public Administration.
