Ms. Lolo AlAmmar joined Redland Industrial Services Arabia Limited (RISAL), a Rawabi Holding Group affiliate, in May 2019, where she oversees all legal matters in the entity, provides legal expertise on an array of subjects related to different types of laws and Drafts, revises and reviews various types of documents (i.e., Contracts, Non-disclosure Agreements and Terms and Conditions).

Prior to joining the group, Ms. AlAmmar worked at Bechtel Corporation where she worked on multi-million dollar claims for a major, multinational EPC Contractor in concert with the Project Claims Manager to avoid, mitigate, and facilitate the resolutions of claims.

Ms. AlAmmar holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from University of Bahrain, a Master of Laws and a certificate of specialization in Business Law from University of Southern California.
